About Elizabeth “Annie” Stock, M.Ed.
I’m Annie Stock—an educator, learning facilitator, and thought partner with 20+ years in a variety of school settings, with a special focus on the middle grades and the IB-MYP. I understand the challenges of sustainably implementing global educational programs with authenticity.
When I first stepped into a coordinator role, I remember wishing for a seasoned, friendly guide—someone who could help translate expectations into practical steps, align multiple standards, and build buy-in across the school community. That experience has fueled my mission: to cultivate confidence, curiosity, and clarity in school teams so they can do their best work for students.
Today, I help Chicagoland schools, teachers, coordinators and leaders strengthen their globally minded education programming so teachers feel supported, students experience purposeful learning experiences, and leaders have a clear path forward.
How I Partner With Schools
My approach is warm, collaborative, and structured. You get a steady thought partner who brings continuity and care—plus clear frameworks, timelines, and feedback loops your team can actually use. Engagements range from short consultative sessions to mentorship and leadership strategy, always customized to your goals.
What I Bring (Powered by 3 C’s)
Confidence. I bring deep programme literacy from years as an IB teacher and coordinator and through active service in the IB Educator Network (IBEN)—facilitating workshops, leading authorization and evaluation teams, contributing as a content developer, and consulting with schools at various stages of implementation. This breadth helps teams take smart risks and move forward with assurance.
Curiosity. My style is warm, collaborative, and inquiry-driven. I create spaces for learning and feedback, provide program mentorship, and tailor support to each school’s context. Whether we’re refining assessment practices or building staff capacity, we iterate thoughtfully so growth sticks.
Clarity. I turn complexity into clear, usable plans—frameworks, timelines, and feedback loops your team can actually implement. From curriculum and assessment development to stakeholder engagement and milestone visit prep, you’ll know who’s doing what, by when, and why it matters.
